Many times I wondered if Google can do this for me. Has Google come up with a ‘search your key’ application? No, not yet. But the way whole ‘search business’ is going that day is not too far.
What prompted me to write this was the small message popped up on the Google home screen. The message reads “We’re changing our privacy policy and terms. This stuff matters.”
Yes it matters. It matters hell of a lot!
Google already knows a way too much about you, that is if you use Google for anything and everything online. This was no secret.
What’s new is google is going to use the data collected from you for some use.
What it would mean is the ads that are going to pop up next time you use Google is based on Google’s understanding of you.
So don’t be surprised when you see bus loads of holiday package ads on your browser. Were you exchanging emails about a Goa vacation? You were on Gmail right!?
There’s no such thing as a free lunch. Oh yes, there is no such free things like free email and free search too.
