So my Cannon EOS 1000 clicked it's 10,000th shot at Tiruchendur!!!

I was not noticing it was inching close to this milestone. While down loading images from the camera I've noticed it has created a new folder for some of the images.

Then I realized that the image file names for the new folder stared with _MG_0001.JPG. So that's practically the 10000th image, the camera took.

Between Jan 2009 and May 2012, it's about 244 shots each month!

Now I've a new problem to deal with, a potential file name conflict in the computer!
