Aurangzeb's son built this, in fact to rival the taj. This not a surprise as his grandfather spend about 320 lakh rupees to built Taj, and Azam Shah had only 7lakh's to spare for this monument. Though it looks as a cheap imitation in comparison, it still is a great looking structure.
